摘要 地价与房价的相关性分析对促进中国房地产市场的持续健康发展具有重要的理论和实践意义.本文以郑州市为研究区,依据2000-2013年能反映郑州市地价与房价变化情况的相关数据,运用相关分析和Granger因果关系检验方法,定量分析地价与房价关系.研究结果表明:郑州市地价与房价存在较强的相关关系,郑州市地价对房价的影响程度明显高于房价对地价的影响. The study of the relationship between land and housing prices is important in helping to promote sustainable and healthy real estate development in China. Quantitative analysis methods, including correlation analysis and the Granger causality test, are applied to data from the city of Zhengzhou to identify changes and explore the relationships between land and housing prices for 2000–2013. The research shows that land and housing prices are strongly correlated in Zhongzhou. The Granger causality test shows that the impact of land prices on housing prices is stronger than the inverse scenario.
