Analysis of Clinical Immunology Laboratory Quality Assessment Results

目的对临床免疫检验室间质评的结果进行研究分析,以提高临床免疫检验的质量。方法对我院检验科参加3次临床免疫检验室间质评的结果进行分析,并探讨提高临床免疫检验质量的方法。结果经分析后发现,第1、2、3次参加临床免疫检验室间质评的合格率分别为89.72%、91.25%及95.41%,临床免疫检验室间质评的总合格率为92.13%。结论在进行临床免疫检验的过程要对室内质控工作给予高度重视,并积极参加临床免疫检验室间质评,才能提高临床免疫检验的质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical immunology laboratory EQA results, to improve the quality of clinical immunology test. Methods Analysis the laboratory department 3 clinical immunology laboratory quality assessment results in our hospital, and discuss the methods to improve the quality of clinical immunity test. Results Analysis ifrst, second, third times in the clinical immunology laboratory quality assessment between the qualified rate were 89.72%, 91.25% and 95.41%, clinical immunology laboratory quality assessment of the total qualiifed rate was 92.13%. Conclusion Pay attention to indoor quality control work in the process of clinical immunology test, and actively participate in clinical immunology laboratory quality assessment, to improve the quality of clinical immunity test.
