聚山梨酯80的化学组分与其增溶作用的关系研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的对聚山梨酯80中所含的8类化学组分进行增溶作用评价,明确聚山梨酯80中起增溶作用的物质基础,为聚山梨酯80的合理使用提供理论依据。方法采用摇瓶法结合HPLC测定8类聚山梨酯80中所含的化学组分水溶液对4种不同结构的难溶性药物的增溶能力。结果 8类聚山梨酯80中所含的化学组分的增溶作用有显著差别,并且对不同类型的难溶性药物具有最佳增溶作用的化学组分不同。结论市售聚山梨酯80中不同类型化学组分的含量差异是造成其增溶性差异的物质基础。本实验结果为聚山梨酯80的质量控制和有效的使用提供了参考依据。 OBJECTIVE To determine the solubilization effects of the eight types of chemical components of polysorbate 80 to elucidate its material basis for solubilization,and provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of polysorbate 80. METHODS The shaking flask method and HPLC method were used to determine the concentrations of four types of water-insoluble drugs in the aqueous solution of the eight types of chemical components of polysorbate 80. RESULTS The solubilization effects of the eight types of chemical components of polysorbate 80 had significant difference. The polysorbate 80 with the best solubilization effect for different types of water-insoluble drugs differed in their chemical compositions. CONCLUSION The contents of the chemical components of commercially available polysorbate 80 vary significantly,which is considered to be the material basis for the differences in solubilization effect.The results of this study are valuable for the effective use and quality control of polysorbate 80.
