摘要
随着IEC 61850技术的推广,变电站逐步走向智能化,二次设备网络化趋势明显。文章将智能变电站网络交换机总结为3个研究阶段,论述了各个研究阶段交换机技术需求,同时对智能站承载业务和网络架构特点进行了分析,对网络传输采样值抖动情况进行了测试研究;最后对智能变电站专用网络交换机(第3代)的功能特点进行了介绍,给出了一种时间戳精度和稳定性试验验证方法和结果,并对智能变电站采用网络化的可行性进行了展望。
With the promotion of IEC61850, substations are getting smarter and secondary equipment is moving towards networking. This paper divides the development of network switch in smart substations into three stages and discusses the technical needs of each stage. The bearer service and characteristics of network architecture of the smart substation is analyzed, the jitter of network transmission sampling values is tested and studied. This paper introduces the features of the dedicated network switch(3rd generation) in smart substations and presents a verification method and results of timestamp accuracy and stability test at last. It also forecasts the feasibility of networking smart substation.
