摘要
针对中小学校课程建设普遍存在的"随意""庞杂""零散"和"粗浅"问题,学校应当确立顶层设计的意识与理念。学校课程建设的顶层设计具有自上而下、整合统筹和具体可行三大实践特征。根据顶层设计的理念与方法,学校课程建设的顶层设计思路可以形象地归纳为:"清理地基"+"撑起顶层"+"搭建支柱"+"构筑护栏"。为了做好学校课程建设的顶层设计,学校需要回归教育原点,协调四个关系,突破三个难点。
Schools should develop the consciousness and concept of top design in order to tackle such problems as being casual, numerous, fragmented and rough existing in curriculum construction for primary and secondary schools. Top design of curriculum construction has three practical characteristics: top-down, unification and integration, and feasibility. According to its concept and method, top design of curriculum construction can be summed up vividly as "cleaning up the ground", "holding up the roof", "scaffolding" and "building rail fence". Schools should return to the origin of education, coordinate four relationships and break through three difficulties in order to do well in the top design of curriculum construction.
