浙能兰电600MW超临界汽轮机增效扩容改造

摘要 浙江浙能兰溪发电有限责任公司装备有4×600MW超临界燃煤发电机组,由于引进的技术不够先进,机组自投产以来一直存在着运行效率偏低的问题。介绍了汽轮机结构特点及主要设计参数,分析了运行中存在的问题(高、中、低压缸通流效率偏低,变负荷运行经济性不佳,高、中压缸内缸变形),围绕"机组效率达到同类机组的先进水平"等改造目标和改造原则,从高、中压模块和低压模块研究了其具体改造方案。3号汽轮机增效扩容改造结果表明,各项性能数据均达到设计值,铭牌功率增至660MW,机组供电煤耗下降约6.5g/(kW·h),节能减排效果显著,经济效益明显,符合国家产业政策,达到了预期目标。 Zhejiang Zheneng Lanxi Power Generation Co.,Ltd is equipped with 4×600MW super-critical coal-fired generator units.Due to the introduction of less advanced technologies,there exists the problem of low efficiency since it is put into operation.This paper introduces structural characteristics and main design parameters of the super-critical steam turbines,and analyzes the problems(such as low efficiency of high,medium and low pressure cylinder flow,poor efficiency of variable load operations,deformation of high and middle pressure cylinders).According to the reforming principles and objects of achieving advanced level for the super-critical steam turbine units,this paper studies the concrete reforming schemes from high,medium and low voltage modules.After No.3steam turbine is enlarged for capacity improvement,the operation result shows that its performance data can meet the requirement of design,the nameplate power increases to 660 MW,coal consumption reduces about 6.5g/(kW·h),the energy-saving and economic benefit are remarkable.The upgraded steam turbine can meet the national industrial policies and achieve the expected goals.
