摘要
为应对远方集中监控模式所带来的大量远传信号校核工作,提出一种快速校核方式。以最主要的遥信类信息为例,利用遥信报文信息片中SOE时间标志位来携带其所对应调控信息对象地址,由仿真软件模拟智能变电站间隔层装置自动批量发出MMS报文格式的站内遥信变位信号。该信号将携带所属地址信息,并经远动装置接收后转换成104规约报文发给主站。主站依照信息对象地址与SOE时间数值的一致性对所接受到的远动信号进行判断,独立完成远动装置信息转换的正确性确认。该方式较常规的人工校核方式有很大的效率优势。
To deal with the plenty of verifying work in SCADA data caused by the centralized telemonitor mode in power grid, a quickly verifying method is given. For the status information of SCADA data, this paper proposes to use its SOE time tag bits to carry the information object address. With the help of the simulation software, the smart substation bay-level device’s MMS message, which carries address in form of time tag, is automatically sent out. The telecontrol device receives and sends these information to telecentre in the 104 format. A comparison is made between the information’s address and the value of time tag. And the result would independently indicate the correctness of information conversion in telecontrol equipment. Because it could be performed automatically by the computer, the new method is more effective than manual operation.
