摘要
探讨商标生物的存在价值和生物商标企业的生物多样性保护责任,以中国驰名生物商标为研究对象,采用条件价值评估法对其生物存在价值进行研究,分析商标生物存在价值与商标估值的关系。研究结果显示:14家企业驰名商标生物在商标中的存在价值合计为4 885.94万元,根据企业支付意愿计算的商标生物存在价值为12 824.97万元;根据个人支付意愿计算的商标生物存在价值为901.02万元。若驰名生物商标企业尽到保护生物多样性的社会责任,将极大地推动中国生物多样性保护事业的发展。
To explore the existence values of trademark species and the responsibilities in biodiversity conservation of enterprises with biological trademarks, a study on well-known biological trademarks in China was carried out. The existence values of the species were evaluated using contingent valuation method (CVM), and the relationships between the existence value of a trademark species and the estimated value of a well-known trademark were analyzed. The results indicated that the total existence values of trademark species in 14 well-known enterprises were 48. 859 4 million RMB Yuan. According to the principle of "Willingness to Pay", the total existence values of trademark species were 128. 249 7 million RMB by enterprises and 9. 010 2 million RMB Yuan by individuals. The biodiversity conservation in China will be greatly promoted if the well-known trademark enterprises would share the social responsibilities in it.
