摘要
培养工程项目管理能力是社会经济发展、学科建设、学生就业、人才培养目标的内在要求,以完整案例轮环式教学方法开展工程项目管理课程教学活动是专业人才培养体系优化、质量提高的实际需要。基于PDCA架构完整案例轮环式教学运行体系是实现学生中心地位凸显的全过程参与教学活动形式,为教师主体实践能力提升提供有效途径、为企业行业深度参与教学搭建良好平台、为强化教学环境条件建设理清主线思路、为保障教学质量设计科学教学方法。
Cultivating engineering project management ability is the inherent requirement of social and eco- nomic development, discipline construction, student employment and talent cultivation. Carrying out project management courses is the needs for the system optimization of talent cultivation and quality improvement based on method of ring-teaching with integrated cases. Ring-teaching operation system with integrated cases based on PDCA is a teaching activity with full involvement and concentration of students, providing an effective way to enhance teachers~ practical ability; building a good platform for the enterprises deeply involved in the teaching; clarifying main thoughts for strengthening the con- struction of teaching environment and guaranteeing the teaching quality of scientific teaching methods.
