Research Progress on Antitumor Active Ingredients of Astragalus and Their Mechanism

随着恶性肿瘤发病率的增高,为了寻求更好的控制或杀灭恶性肿瘤细胞的方法,黄芪在抗肿瘤方面的研究成为了焦点。随着研究的深入,黄芪抗肿瘤的有效成分及其作用机制逐渐被发现。通过查阅近十年来的相关文献,对黄芪抗肿瘤的有效成分及其作用机制探讨等进行较为系统的归纳和综述,为黄芪治疗肿瘤提供更详实的理论依据,使黄芪抗肿瘤的临床应用进一步拓展。

With the increased incidence of malignant tumors, in order to find better ways to control or kill cancer cells, astragalus in antitumor research is being the focus. As research continues, antitumor active ingredients of astragalus and their mechanism have been found.Through reviewing the literatures over the past decade, a systematic induction and summary of the antitumor active ingredients of astragalus and their mechanisms was completed. It provided more detailed theoretical base for astragalus treating tumors. The clinical application of antitumor of astragalus is further expanded.
