摘要
通过对"一带一路"发展战略背景的分析,认为我国实行"一带一路"战略意义重大。重点分析了新疆、甘肃、四川、云南、江苏、浙江、山东等东西部省份在"一带一路"战略中定位,并指出了省际间"一带一路"发展战略存在着各省份中心平台过多、新一轮互联互通投资规划过剩、功能定位重合等七个方面问题,进而从"一带一路"战略国家总体规划、省际间战略协同以及省际间发展路径联动机制等三个方面提出了省际间"一带一路"战略如何协同发展路径。
Through analyzing the background of the "one belt and one road" strategy, the article argues that it is significantly important that China implenents this strategy. The article focused on and analyzed the strategic positions of provinces, as Xinjiang, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and other eastern and western provinces, in the scenario. The article also pointed out that, seven problems, such as redundant existence of central platforms in every province, surplus investment programs in the new round of interconnection, coincident function positioning, exist in current provincial level strategies planning which aim to coordinate with state strategy of "one belt and one road" . Based on the results, the article proposed possible "one belt and one road" cooperative routes at interprovincial level from three perspectives, including overall planning, interprovincial strategic cooperation, and interprovincial development route linage mechanism.
