摘要
国际化是当前我国白酒行业关注的热点。在分析了我国白酒国际化现状的基础上,提出了白酒国际化的语用翻译途径,即在宏观上,将白酒国际化纳入文化外宣的大背景,国家、企业的双轨联动,加大国际宣传的实体平台建设;微观上,出版以酒为主题的双语诗词集,加强酒企业英文网站建设,提高酒产品介绍及广告翻译的质量,为我国白酒国际化取得实效提供保障。
The internationalization of Chinese Baijiu(liquor) is a hot topic in Baijiu(liquor)-making industry. Based on a brief review of the pres-ent situations of the internationalization of Chinese Baijiu(liquor), we put forward a pragmatic approach to the internationalization of Chi-nese Baijiu(liquor), which requires the joint efforts of both government and enterprises to take the internationalization of Chinese Baijiu(liquor) into Chinese culture foreign publicity. Specifically, it is advised to construct Baijiu(liquor) internationalization platforms by publishing bilin-gual poems and lyrics on liquor, reinforcing the construction of distilleries' English websites and improving the translation quality of liquor products introduction and advertisements to safeguard the effects of Chinese Baijiu(liquor)'s internationalization.
