梵净山野生箭叶淫羊藿总黄酮提取工艺优化 被引量:1

Study on Optimizing the Extraction Process of total flavonoids in Epimedium sagittatum Maxim from Fanjing Mountain

摘要 对梵净山珍稀药用植物野生箭叶淫羊藿(Epimedium sagittatum Maxim)总黄酮提取工艺进行了优化。采用单因素和正交试验方法,以乙醇体积分数、料液比(g∶m L)、提取时间和提取温度4个因素进行试验。结果表明,梵净山箭叶淫羊藿总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为料液比1∶35(g∶m L),40%乙醇为提取溶剂,提取温度60℃,提取40 min。该工艺稳定性好,成本较低,易于操作,可为铜仁梵净山箭叶淫羊藿的综合利用提供科学依据和技术支撑。 The extraction process of total flavonoids from Epimedium sagittatum Maxim in Fanjing mountain was optimized. The whole process was investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test, taking starting mass fraction of ethanol in mixture, material/solvent in ratio, extracting time and extracting temperature as experiment factors. The result demonstrated that the best extraction process for total flavonoids form Epimedium sagittatum Maxim were 1/35 (g/mL) in proportion of between raw material and solvent, 40% ethanol as extracting solvent, 40min for extraction at 60℃. The process is easy for operation with good stability and low cost, which is able to offer valuable reference for comprehensive utility of Epimedium sagittatum Maxim.
