气胸心电图特点分析及临床意义

Analysis and Clinical Significance of Electrocardiogram of Pneumothorax

目的观察气胸心电图变化的特点并探讨其临床意义。方法 150例气胸患者分为98例左侧气胸组和52例右侧气胸组,对比分析两组患者心电图变化的特点。结果左侧气胸组心电图发生异常率为80.61%,右侧气胸组为32.69%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图可作为气胸重要的辅助检查手段,并结合临床和胸部X线检查作出明确诊断。

Objective To discuss electrocardiogram characteristics and clinical significance of pneumothorax.Methods 150 cases of pneumothorax patients were divided into 98 patients with leftpneumothoraxgroup and 52 cases of right pneumothorax group, to compare and analyze electrocardiogram characteristics between two groups. Results Electrocardiogram abnormal rate of two groups were respectively 80.61%and 32.69%, differences had statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electrocardiogram can be used as an important auxiliary examination means for pneumothorax, and the combination of clinical and chest X-ray examination can make a clear diagnosis.
