摘要
对汽车用IF钢板的表面条状缺陷进行了检测和研究。结果表明,条带缺陷主要是由表层下的夹杂物引起的。对钢板近表层的夹杂物在冷轧过程中的演化规律进行了数值模拟。结果显示,轧辊与钢板之间的摩擦系数和轧制速度对应变的分布和缺陷形成有较大影响。
The strip defects on surface of IF steel sheet for automobile were tested and studied. The results show that the strip defects are mainly caused by the inclusion under the surface layer. Evolution of the sub-surface inclusion during cold rolling was numerically simulated. The results display that the friction coefficient between the roller and the steel plate and rolling speed have an important influence on the strain distribution and defect formation.
