摘要
目的:研究白簕总黄酮提取液醇洗脱、水洗脱部分和多糖提取部分对常见菌种的抑菌活性。方法:通过白簕的总黄酮提取液醇洗脱部分与水洗脱部分、多糖提取物对枯草杆菌、痢疾杆菌等5种常见临床细菌进行纸片扩散法实验、试管稀释法实验,研究药物不同成分的抑菌作用。结果:白簕总黄酮提取液醇洗脱部分对枯草杆菌、伤寒杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.131 3mg/mL,对痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、金葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.262 5mg/mL;白簕总黄酮水洗脱部分对伤寒杆菌、金葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌的最低抑菌浓度均为0.296 0mg/mL。白簕多糖的体外抗菌实验结果出现杂菌,未能探究出结果。结论:白簕总黄酮提取液醇洗脱部分抑菌作用强于水洗脱部分,多糖无明显抗菌作用。
Objective:To research the bacteriostatic action of the polysaccharide and flavonoids extract of Acanthopanax Trifolia-tus, which were eluted with alcohol, water on the common strains. Methods : This experiment is through used flavonoids extract al-cohol elution parts, water elution from Acanthopanax Trifoliatus and polysaccharide extract to conduct disc diffusion method and testtube dilution method of common clinical bacteria, studying the bacteriostatic action of different ingredients. Results:AcanthopanaxTrifoliatus flavonoids extract alcohol elution of B. subtilis and Salmonella typhi minimal inhibitory concentrations (mic) was0. 131 3mg/mL, but 0. 262 5 mg/mL for Sh. dysenteriae, Escherichia coli (E. coli), S. aureus; Water elution part of total fla-vonoids minimal inhibitory concentrations (mic) were 0. 296 0 mg/mL. Conclusion: Flavonoids extract alcohol elution, water eiu-tion part of Acanthopanax Trifoliatus had bacteriostatic action for a variety of pathogenic bacteria in clinical.
