介绍无线射频识别(RFID)技术的工作原理,利用RFID技术构建出居家护理远程监控系统,对于出院居家护理的病人以及老年人进行跟踪,跟进病人康复情况,建立病人居家与医院无间断的联系,使医院对病人情况有更加深入的了解,利于病人康复。

It introduced the principle of radio frequency identity （RFID） technology. A remote monitoring sys- tem of home care was constructed by using RFID to track the discharged patients and the elderly who received the home care. Patients＇ rehabilitation was followed - up and to establish uninterrupted contact between home and hospital patients, so that hospital has a greater understanding of the patients＇ situation, which will help the patient recover.
