中药引起皮肤不良反应的原因分析

Clinical Observation on Adverse Responses on Skin Induced by Chinese Materia Medica

目的:观察中药引起皮肤不良反应的临床表现,分析其发病原因并总结防治措施。方法:选取本院2012年9月至2013年9月服用中药引起皮肤不良反应的患者500例作为研究对象。观察皮肤不良反应类型及其治愈率。结果:患者服用中药后产生皮肤不良反应的类型主要为荨麻疹样,高达52.5%。相比其他几种不良反应类型,引起荨麻疹样的患者占大多数,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,本院统计了患者所产生皮肤反应的治愈率,其中荨麻疹样皮疹和紫癜样皮疹治愈率较高,治愈患者占得比例相比于其他明显增多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上为患者服用中药前应详细询问患者是否患有皮肤过敏,并向患者交代该中药服用后可能出现的不良反应,若发现出现皮肤不良反应应立即停止用药。

Objective： To observe the clinical manifestations of adverse responses on skin induced by Chinese materia medica so as to analyze the pathogenesis and summarize the preventive measures. Methods： A total of 500 patients with adverse responses on skin after administration of Chinese materia medica from September,2012 to September,2013 were selected as study objects.The types of adverse responses and the recovery rates were observed. Results： The primary type of adverse responses on skin after administration of Chinese materia medica was urticaria,whose rate was up to 52. 5%. Compared with patients with other adverse responses,those with urticaria accounted for most of the study objects and there was significant difference when compared with（ P〈0. 05）. Meanwhile,the recovery rate of all patients with adverse responses on skin was analyzed,in which the recovery rates of patients with urticaria-like rash and purpura-like rash were evidently higher than those with other types of adverse responses,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Patients should be inquired in detail whether they have skin allergy before treatment,and the potential adverse responses induced by Chinese materia medica should be well informed. The medicine should be withdrawn immediately after adverse responses appear.
