庆阳革命老区作为甘肃省境内欠发达的特殊区域,长期以来经济增长依赖于资源的粗放投入,对生态环境造成了巨大压力。新时期如何根据地区特色,发展特色产业,充分发挥后发优势,不仅对区域经济可持续发展具有现实意义,同时也对甘肃省城乡统筹发展起到重要的示范意义。

Qingyang Old Revolutionary Region, as an undeveloped special area in Gansu province, depends on extensive resource consumption which puts tremendous pressure on the ecological environment for a long time. Its economic growth in the new period, de- velopment of characterized industries and full use of late - mover advantage according to the local characteristics not only have signifi- cance to the development of urban and rural areas, but also an important model significance to the balancing urban and rural develop- ment in Gansu Province.
