渤海油田分层注水工艺技术现状与发展趋势 被引量:44

摘要 渤海油田注水井具有防砂完井条件下分段层数多(2~6层)、井斜较大(30~60°)、单层配注量大(300~700 m^3/d)等特点。总结了自20世纪90年代以来我国渤海油田注水技术的发展历程,介绍了"一投三分"注水、多管分层注水、空心集成分层注水工艺等在渤海油田的技术现状,并分述其特点及存在问题。根据渤海油田注水开发的需求,对今后开展超大斜度井和水平井分注、井下增压注水和细分注水等方面研究进行了展望。 The injection wells with sand control completion are characterized by multi-layer separation (two to six layers), high bore- hole deviation (30 to 60°) and high injection distribution volume for single layer (300 to 700 m3/d). In this paper, the development history of separated water injection technologies has been summarized for Bohai Offshore Oilfield since 1990s. In addition, the appli- cation of separated water injection technology, such as one trip for three layers technology, multi-pipe injection technology and hol- low integrated zonal injection technology, etc. are also introduced in this paper, and the problems are discussed. Finally, according to the requirements for water flooding in Bohai oilfield, some new water injection technology are discussed, such as zonal injection technology for super high deviation or horizontal wells, downhole pressure boosting technology and subdivisional water injection technology, etc.
