摘要
本文在总结国内关于领军人才的理论研究或管理实践的基础上,重新界定了领军人才的概念,并利用归纳法分析了领军人才的主要特征,讨论了领军人才成长的几个关键点。并结合新经济时代的特点及其对人才管理的影响,从"冰山模型"的角度,探讨了当前经济形势下领军人才的素质要求。最后,在分析我国领军人才市场面临的挑战与问题的同时,从国家、行业、组织、个体等角度,提出了领军人才培养与开发的具体策略。
This study summarizes domestic theoretical research and management practices on leading talent, then redefines the concept of leading talent, analyzes the main characteristics of leading talent using inductive method, and discusses some key points of leading talent' s development. Combines the characteristics of the new economic era with its impact on talent management, discusses the requirements on leading talent from the prospective of"iceberg model". Finally on the basis of analysis of challenges and problems in the area of leading talent, specific strategies of training and development of leading talent is provided from the national, industry, organization, individual prospective.
