摘要 提出了一种利用插入式重复控制方法来抑制电机电磁波动力矩控制方案,通过对无刷直流电动机系统波动力矩数学模型的分析,得出波动力矩的产生机理及其特点;根据对波动力矩的分析设计了插入式重复控制器,并对控制器进行了仿真验证,仿真结果显示基于该控制器的无刷直流电机系统对波动力矩的抑制效果很好,直流电机调控性好、运行平稳。 A control scheme to suppress the motor electromagnetic moment was presented by using a plug-in repetitive control method. Through the analysis of the fluctuating moment model of the brushless DC motor system, the mechanism and characteristics of the fluctuating moment were drawn. Based on the analysis of the fluctuating moment, a plug-in repetitive controller was designed and simulated. The results show the brushless DC motor system based on the controller has good inhibitory effect on fluctuating moment. DC motor has good regulation and smooth running.
