缓急止痛汤治疗原发性阳虚血瘀型痛经的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating primary dysmenorrhea with the Huanji Zhitong decoction

目的：对缓急止痛汤治疗原发性阳虚血瘀型痛经的临床疗效进行评价,为缓急止痛汤治疗原发性阳虚血瘀型痛经的临床应用提供科学依据。方法：选择依从性较好、符合西医原发性痛经诊断,并符合中医辨证阳虚血瘀者60例。依据病人就诊时间的先后顺序,分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,分别予以缓急止痛汤和痛经宝颗粒口服。均于经前2~3d开始服用,连服7d。以治疗3个月经周期为1个疗程,1个疗程后行疗效评价,痊愈病例随访停药3个月内的复发情况。结果：治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,远期复发率低于对照组。结论：缓急止痛汤有温经散寒、活血化瘀、缓急止痛的功能,有效治疗原发性阳虚血瘀型痛经,明显改善其临床症状,远期复发率低。

Results： Describes the treatment group outperform the control group; And the long-term effects of the treatment groups in than the control group. Conclusion： The Huanji Zhitong decoction functionality-warming, promoting bleed circulation, cold and pain, can be effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea Yang asthenia and stasis, significantly improve the clinical symptoms. Long-term recurrence rate was low.
