Investigation and analysis of mental health status in college students of Xiangyang city

摘要 目的了解襄阳市大学生的心理健康状况,为高等院校大学生的心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采取随机抽样方法,利用症状自评量表(SCL-90量表)对襄阳市2所本科、大专院校2012-2014级1 149名大学生进行心理健康状况调查。结果男生和女生在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性因子得分方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或0.01);在不同年级的学生中,2014级大学一年级新生与2012级大学三年级学生在敌对因子和偏执因子得分方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或0.01);2所本科、大专院校大学生在10因子得分方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论湖北省襄阳市大学生的心理健康状况良好,但也存在一定的心理问题。 Objective To understand the mental health status in college students of Xiangyang city in order to provide the theoretical guidance for the mental health education among students in the institutions bf higher learning. Methods By using the random sampling method, a total of 1 149 college students of grade 2012-2014 from 2 undergraduate college and institution of higher education in Xiangyang were performed the mental health status investigation by adopting the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL- 90). Results There were statistically significant differences in the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, paranoia and psychotic factors between the male students and the female students (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ) ;among the different grades of students, there were statistically significant differences in the scores of hostile and paranoid factors between the grade 2014 freshmen and grade 2012 juniors(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ) ;there were statistically significant differences in the scores of 10 factors among college students in 2 different universities(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The college students in Xiangyang city have good condition of mental health, but also having certain psychological problems.
