浅析大学生就业现状及对策

近年来,随着高校的不断扩招,高校毕业生的数量逐年增加,其就业形势不容乐观。造成这一现象的主要原因有我国经济发展过程中出现了一些问题,影响了企业发展,削减了就业岗位,也有由于产业结构失衡、技能型结构失业、观念性结构失业、地域性结构失业以及招聘单位存在偏见等因素造成的大学生就业困难。建议政府、高校、用人单位和大学生四方面共同努力,逐步解决这一难题。
