国外教师荣誉制度的特点及借鉴 被引量:6

摘要 教师荣誉是激励教师发展的助推器。随着教师专业化时代的来临,不少发达国家都设置了国家教师荣誉称号,并建立起多层次教师荣誉系统,设计科学系统的评审奖励机制和后续管理机制。国外教师荣誉制度具有多元涵盖、民主公平、专业化和可操作化、注重荣誉后管理等特点,在荣誉体系、评审程序、评审标准和后续管理方面有许多有益的经验值得我国借鉴。
