摘要
干姜(Zingiberis Rhizoma)为姜科姜属植物姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc.)的干燥根茎,是药食两用的常用中药,具有抗炎杀菌、抗氧化、抗血小板聚集和抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,可用于消炎、镇痛及止呕等。其化学成分复杂,主要包括挥发油、姜辣素、二苯基庚烷等结构类型。本文就干姜的化学成分和药理作用研究现状作一综述。
Zingiberis Rhizoma is the dried rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rosc. It is used worldwide not only as a spice in food, but also as a traditional Chinese medicine. It has extensive bioactivities including anti inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidative, antiplatelet aggregation and antitumor. The chemical constituents of Zingiberis Rhizoma are complicated, mainly including volatile oil, gingerol, diarylheptanoids. This paper focuses on the research advances of chemical constituents and pharmacological activi- ties about the dried ginger.
