摘要
为了在转炉出钢过程中实现N2/Ar切换,统计了转炉出钢时的基本参数,以转炉渣面降至最后一个透气砖时为切换点,把出钢过程分为两部分,切换信号为转炉倾角94°/92°。由此可以在不影响钢水质量的情况下,每炉钢可以节省约2分钟的Ar成本,预期可以为重钢节约35.29~95.30万元/年。
In order to achieve N2/ Ar changing over during converter tapping,we collect some basic parameters,determine the changing over point when the converter slag surface is down to the last purging plug. we divide converter tapping into two parts with dip 94° /92° as the changing over signal.. Without compromising the steel quality,we can save two minutes Ar costs for each furnace. It is expected to save 352,900 yuan / year ~ 953,000 yuan / year for CISC.
