摘要
为了优化热泵干燥机的变容量控制系统,提出了并级模糊控制方法,通过实验对固定频率控制系统、单级模糊控制系统和并级模糊控制系统的动态响应过程进行了研究.分析了3种控制策略在不同设定温度下的控制效果.实验结果表明:与固定频率控制系统和单级模糊控制系统相比,并级模糊控制系统在满足升温速率的前提下,具有上限超调率和下限超调率低以及输出稳定等优点.
In order to optimize the variable capacity control system of the heat pump dryer, parallel fuzzy control method was proposed, and the dynamic response processes of fixed frequency control system, single-stage fuzzy control system and parallel fuzzy control system were investigated based on experiments. The performances under different working temperatures were analyzed. The results show that under the condition of meeting the heating rate requirement, parallel fuzzy control system gives a better performance such as lower overshoot rate and undershoot rate, and more stable output compared with fixed frequency control system and single-stage fuzzy control system.
