摘要
目的总结分析2004—2013年新疆人间布鲁氏菌病的流行范围和变化特点,为下一步布鲁氏菌病防治提供科学依据。方法收集2004—2013年新疆人间布鲁氏菌病监测和疫情调查资料,应用描述流行病学方法和相应的统计学方法分析。结果十年间新疆累计报告布鲁氏菌病10 194例,发病率1.60/10万~17.51/10万,年均发病率4.68/10万; 新疆人间布鲁氏菌病流行范围逐年扩大,已分布到91个县(市、区); 时空分布显示布尔津县、额敏县、霍城县、焉耆县和博湖县为布鲁氏菌病高发热点区域。结论新疆人间布鲁氏菌病年报告发病率逐年上升,流行范围逐年扩大,与畜间布鲁氏菌病疫情出现大幅回升有密切关系; 分析布鲁氏菌病在新疆的空间分布特征,可以为新疆布鲁氏菌病的有效防治提供科学依据。
Objective To summarize and analyze epidemic range and changing characteristics of human brucellosis in Xin- jiang during 2004--2013, to provide scientific basis for further prevention of the human brucellosis. Methods The data of surveillance and investigation on human brucellosis in Xinjiang during 2004--2013 were collected and analyzed with method of descriptive epidemiology and relevant statistics. Results In the last 10 years, totally 10 194 cases with human brucello- sis was reported accumulatively in Xinjiang, with an incidence of 1.60/100 000-17.51/100 000 and annual average morbidity of 4.68/100 000. The epidemic range of human brucellosis in Xinjiang enlarged year by year and the disease distributed in 91 counties (cities or areas) of Xinjiang. The high incidence districts of the disease were in Burqin County, Emin County, Huo- cheng County, Yanji County and Bohu County. Conclusions The annual reported incidence of human brucellosis in Xinjiang increases with the enlarging epidemic range year by year, and closely relates to imported infections of animal brucellosis. The analysis of the spatial distribution characteristic of brucellosis could provide valuable scientific basis for the efficient pre- vention and control of brucellosis in Xinjiang.
