Digital array radar（DAR） is a new kind of phased array radar. Digital array module（DAM） is a key part of DAR. For the difficulties in batch production and test of DAM, it is necessary to make research on the technique of DAM automatic test. A DAM automatic test system is introduced, including the function and makeup, the design of hardware and software, especially the method for data analysis of digital receiver performance. At present, the system is applied successfully. It is characterized by high test efficiency, accu- rate measurement result, and easy operation. It solves the test demand of DAM batch production effectively.
