摘要
根据新时期高校教育教学的要求和研究生教育的需要,结合自组织学习理论,提出了在研究生"DSP应用技术"课程中的学习团队自组织研究,实现学生的团队学习,全面提升学生的创新竞争能力,实现教学模式的创新和改革,完善教学方法,实现教学目的。
In accordance with the requirements of college educa- tion and teaching as well as postgraduate education in the new period, combining with self-organizing theory, this paper propos- es the research on the self-organization of the learning team in "DSP Application Technology" for postgraduates, aiming to real- ize students' group learning, comprehensively improve students' innovation and competition ability, realize the innovation and re- form of teaching models, perfect teaching methods, and achieve teaching objectives.
