运用“吊点转移法”更换±500kV直线塔V型绝缘子串

摘要 探讨±500 kV高肇直流线V型绝缘子串整串更换的作业方法。通过分析绝缘子串整串更换作业传统方法的优、缺点,发现在更换±500 kV直流线V型结构内侧绝缘子串时,受到安装挂点设置的影响,传统方法存在局限性。为此,分析了V型绝缘子串更换作业的技术难点,提出了吊点转移法,并通过应用实例验证该方法的有效性。吊点转移法的应用,解决了V型绝缘子串更换作业过程中绝缘子串与杆身塔材相碰撞的技术难点,提高了检修工作效率高。 The working method for the whole string replacement of V type insulator string of ±500 kV Gao-Zhao DC transmission line is discussed. By analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the traditional whole string replacement method of insulator string, it is found that the traditional method has limitations which are influenced by the hanging point setting of installation during the replacement of inside insulator string of V type structure of ±500 kV DC transmission line. Technical difficulties of the replacement work of V type insulator string are analyzed, and the hanging point transfer method is proposed, whose effectiveness is verified by the application examples. The application of the hanging point transfer method solves technical difficulty of the collision between the insulator string and rod body and tower material during the replacement work of V type insulator string, and improve the efficiency of maintenance work.
