区域土地资源可持续利用的生态安全评价──以海南省为例

Evaluation on Ecological Security for Regionally Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources──A Case of Hainan Province

为了贯彻落实《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》,保障海南国际旅游岛建设发展需要,笔者运用调查研究及模型分析方法,以海南省土地资源为研究对象,从自然、经济、社会3个方面构建海南省土地资源可持续利用的生态安全评价指标体系,对研究区域内土地资源可持续利用生态安全进行评价。结果表明:2011年海南省各市县土地资源生态安全状况总体良好,5个市县生态安全状况达到"理想"状态。最后结合海南国际旅游岛建设发展的战略定位,笔者提出了促进海南省土地资源可持续利用的对策及建议。

In order to implement the“Several Opinions of State Council Comments on Promoting the Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island Development”and satisfy the development needs of Hainan international tourism island, the author applied model analysis methods through investigation, by taking Hainan Province as the research object, built the ecological security index evaluation system for sustainable utilization of land resources from 3 main aspects： nature, economy and society. The results of evaluation on ecological security in Hainan indicated that the land resources ecological security status of Hainan was generally safe in 2011, and the status of 5 cities and counties reached“ideal”safe level. Finally, according to the strategic positioning of Hainan international tourism island, the author put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable utilization of land resources in Hainan Province.
