摘要
研究了β晶型成核剂的加入对聚丙烯拉伸性能、冲击强度和弯曲强度的影响。结果表明,随着β成核剂的加入,由于拉伸屈服后产生"变形硬化"现象,材料的拉伸屈服强度有所降低;β晶型成核剂的加入显著地提高了聚丙烯的冲击强度,提高幅度最大为2.94倍;β晶型成核剂A改性效果好于成核剂B,最佳添加量为0.05%;β晶型成核剂的加入使材料的弯曲模量产生一定程度的下降。
The influence ofβ nucleating agent on tensile properties,impact strength and flexural strength of polypropylene (PP) were studied.The results showed that with the addition ofβ nucleating agent,the tensile stress at yield of the material decreased after the tensile yield "strain hardening" phenomenon;β crystal nucleating agent added to significantly improve the impact strength of PP,with the most increase to 2.94 times.The modification ofβ crystal nucleating agent A is better than nucleating agent B,which optimal dosage is 0.05 %;when the material addedβ crystal nucleating agent,its flexural modulus has a certain degree of decline.
