Orem自理理论在脑卒中患者中的应用现状与思考

The current researching situation and thinking of Orem theory of self-care in the aged patient with stroke

脑卒中是危害人类生命与健康的常见病和多发病,提高脑卒中患者生存质量已成为医护人员关注的焦点。通过对31篇相关文献的复习,从评估患者自护需要和自护能力的方法、自理理论在脑卒中后不同后遗症、不同照护场所应用等方面的研究现状进行了综述,并提出自己的思考,以期为脑卒中护理提供依据,为今后研究指明方向。

Improving the quality of survival in patients with stroke has became the focus of the medical staff, because stroke is common and frequently-occurring disease threating to people＇s life and health.By reviewing 31 related papers, the authors review researching method for evaluating the self-care needs and self-care ability,using in different sequela and nursing unit and so on. At the same time, the authors come up with ideas of the service, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for taking care of patient with stroke and indicating the direction for future research.
