NaCl胁迫对结球甘蓝幼苗生长及体内离子分布的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以结球甘蓝为研究材料,采用水培的方式,研究了不同浓度的NaCl对结球甘蓝幼苗生长和体内钠离子(Na+)、钾离子(K+)、钙离子(Ca2+)、镁离子(Mg2+)分布的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,根、茎、叶和整株的生物量呈下降的趋势,根冠比在各处理间差异均不显著。随着NaCl浓度的增加,结球甘蓝幼苗各器官中的Na+含量不断增加,而K+、Ca2+、Mg2+呈下降的趋势,所有NaCl胁迫处理的结球甘蓝K+/Na+、Ca2+/Na+和Mg2+/Na+值均低于对照,且均随着NaCl浓度的升高而下降。在NaCl胁迫下,茎部对Na+和K+的累积较高,而叶中则主要积累Ca2+和Mg2+。 Effects of NaCl stress on the growth and Na+, K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ distribution in cabbage seedlings were studied in greenhouse by hydroponics experiments. The roots, stems, leaves and whole plant biomass showed declining re-sponses to NaCl concentration increase, but no consistent effect on root and shoot ratio. With the increase of NaCl concen-tration, Na+ contents in various organs of cabbage seedlings continued to increase, while K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ concentrations presented a downward trend. K+ and Na+, Ca2+ and Na+ and Mg2+and Na+ ratios were significantly lower than control, and decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration. Under NaCl stress, Na+ and K+ were mainly accumulated in the stem, while Ca2+ and Mg2+ were primarily accumulated in the leaves.
