摘要
由于自身结构的特点,多电平电流源变流器非常适合应用于超导储能、电动汽车充电桩等低电压大电流充电场合,具有良好的发展前景。总结了国内外多电平电流源变流器的研究现状,归纳了多电平电流源变流器的常用拓扑及各自优缺点;总结了基波调制、载波调制、空间矢量调制和特定谐波消除调制4类常用调制方法的特点,分析了载波交换、调制波自适应修改和动态冗余矢量分配3类电感电流均衡控制方法。最后,提出了一些尚待深入研究的问题,供读者参考。
Due to the characteristics of multilevel current source inverter,it is more suitable for application in the low voltage large current charging occasions, such as superconducting energy storage, electric vehicle charging pile. And multilevel current source inverter has good prospects for development. This paper reviews the current research status of multilevel current source converter, classifies multilevel current source inverter topology and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages respective. Meanwhile, This paper summarizes the characteristics of fundamental wave modulation, carrier modulation, space vector modulation and selected harmonic elimination modulation, four types of commonly used modulation methods, and analyzes the carrier wave exchange, modulating wave adaptive change and vector redundancy dynamically distribution, three types of inductance current balance control methods. At last, suggestions for further research are proposed from the authors' point of view, offering reference for readers.
