摘要
目的探讨综合护理对于治疗腰椎间盘突出的作用及效果。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,两组患者在RMQ评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组患者的1年内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施综合护理可有效改善患者病症,促进患者康复。
Objective To study the role of comprehensive nursing care in treating lumbar disc and its nursing effect. Methods 50 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapsed were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,observation group received comprehensive nursing. Results The results showed that the curative effect in observation group of patients was better than that of control group,two groups of patients with significant differences on the RMQ score（P〈0.05）,and at the same time observation group of patients within 1 year recurrence rate was lower than the control group,there was significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with lumbar disc prolapse can effectively improve the patients＇ symptoms and promote patients recover.
