摘要
为了实现联合收获机脱粒滚筒的机器人焊接,设计了脱粒滚筒机器人焊接工作站,并对焊接夹具进行了通用性设计。同时,对脱粒滚筒的机器人焊接工艺性及工件一致性进行了分析。通过焊接试验,验证了脱粒滚筒机器人焊接的可行性,对焊接机器人在滚筒类零件焊接中的应用具有一定的参考意义。
In order to realize robot welding of threshing cylinder for combine harvester, robot welding workstation of threshing cylinder was designed. And universal design of welding fixture was carried out. At the same time, robot welding manufactur- ability and consistency of workpieee of threshing cylinder were analyzed. Welding experiments proved the feasibility about robot welding of threshing cylinder. It had certain reference significance for application of welding robot in welding of cylinder parts.
