基于响应面法的数控机床工作台有限元分析与尺寸优化 被引量:19

摘要 工作台是龙门数控机床的重要组成部件,对工作台的结构和工况进行分析;在分析的基础上,通过正交试验选取需要优化的尺寸变量;利用ANSYS/Workbench有限元软件进行灵敏度分析,得到分析结果;再利用二次响应面法,对分析结果和尺寸变量进行二次回归拟合;确定目标函数,约束条件和设计变量,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行工作台的优化设计,得到最佳尺寸配置,并对其结构进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,工作台质量减少162.4kg,最大变形量减少6.7%,最大应力减少10%,动态特性也有明显提升,为工作台的优化设计提供一种新思路。 Workbench is an integral part of gantry CNC machine tool,the structure and w orking conditions w ere taken to the finite element analysis of w orkbench; on the basis of the analysis,the dimension variables w ere selected by orthogonal experiment; w ith the using of ANSYS / w orkbench softw are of sensitivity analysis,the results of the analysis w ere gotten; and then,the analysis results and the dimension variables w ere taken to secondary regression by the response surface method; and meanw hile,the objective function,constraints and design variables w ere determined to use M ATLAB optimization toolbox to optimal design of w orkbench,at last,the best dimension w ere gotten and the finite element analysis w ere taken. The analysis result show that the w eight of the w orktable w as reduced by 162. 4kg,and the maximum deformation and maximum stress w ere decreased by 6. 7% and 10%,at the same time,the dynamic characteristics w ere also improved significantly and provided a theoretical basis for the design of w orktable.
