摘要
通过对汽车弯管的结构分析,设计了该塑料件的气体辅助注塑模具的结构。重点分析和研究了该模具的成型零件、浇注系统、气辅注射系统、侧向抽芯机构、排气系统、温度控制系统和导向定位系统。通过采用短射的气辅注射方式,有效地保证了塑料件的成型质量和注塑周期,达到了客户的要求。
Through the structure analysis of car elbow,a gas-assisted injection mould was designed. The molding parts mould gating system,gas assisted injection system,side-core pulling mechanism,exhaust system,temperature control system and guiding and positioning system were analyzed and researched. By feeding with short shot,the quality of plastic parts and injection molding cycle have ensured effectively,the customer’s inspection requirements are achieved.
