摘要
采用静电纺丝技术制备了阿司匹林(AS)/玉米淀粉(ST)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合纳米纤维膜.利用扫描电镜观察到纳米纤维成连续三维立体网状结构;红外光谱分析表明,AS,PVA和ST三者之间能够通过氢键相互作用;X-射线衍射分析结果表明,药物基本被包裹于纤维之中,但AS的含量对纤维表面形态有一定影响;体外溶出实验结果表明,通过调整AS的载入量及压片压力,可以调控药物的缓释时间;同时,改变PVA与ST比例,可以调控药物的释放速率.
Electrospinning was applied to prepare drug loading nano composite membrane.A three-dimensional continuous network structure of the nanofibers was observed by scanning electronic microscopy.The hydrogen bonding interactions among AS,PVA and ST were demonstrated by infrared spectroscopy.The results of X-ray diffraction suggested that drugs can be encapsulated in the fiber,But the content of AS have some influence on the fiber surface morphology.The results of in vitro dissolution test showed that drug release time can be regulated by adjusting the loading amount of aspirin and the tabletting pressure.Meanwhile,drug release rate can be controlled by changing the ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to starch.
