中西药物治疗化疗致血小板减少的临床研究

Clinical study of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy

通过查阅近年文献,对国内外治疗化疗致血小板减少临床研究概况进行综述,结果表明,应用西药或中药进行治疗临床研究较多,中西药物联合应用文献较少。中西药联合应用治疗化疗过程中血小板减少症,具有安全、有效、疗效确切、不良反应少等特点,值得进一步开发研究。

Through consulting the literature in recent years,and summary of the clinical research on the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy in China and abroad,the results showed that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine have less literature,compared with the Western medicine or the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment.The Chinese and Western medicines combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of thrombocytopenia,which is more effective,safer and lower adverse reaction rate.It is worthy of further research and development.
