摘要
为了研究北虫草多糖的最佳提取工艺以及抗氧化功能,以北虫草(Cordyceps militaris)子实体为试验材料,通过正交L9(34)试验探讨提取北虫草多糖的最佳工艺,并对北虫草多糖总还原力、DPPH清除能力、抑菌能力等进行了测定。结果表明,超声波辅助热水浸提法提取北虫草多糖的最佳工艺参数为:超声功率105 W、超声时间40 min、料水比1:25、热水浸提时间40 min、热水浸提温度70℃,在此条件下的多糖得率为2.6602%。当北虫草浓度为2.4 mg/m L时,还原力最高;0.45 mg/m L时,DPPH清除能力最强。
In order to study the best extraction technology of Cordyceps polysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris and its antioxidant function,orthogonal testing [L9(34)] was used to optimize extraction condition for extractingpolysaccharide from fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris.Total reducing power,scavenging activity of DPPHand antibacterial capacity of Cordyceps polysaccharide were measured.The results showed that the optimalparameters of ultrasound-assisted hot water extracting Cordyceps polysaccharide were ultrasonic power of 105 W,ultrasonic time of 40 minutes,liquid-solid ratio of 1:25,hot water extraction time of 40 minutes,hot waterextraction temperature at 70℃.Yield of polysaccharide was 2.6602% under the optimized condition.Reducingpower was the highest when the concentration of Cordyceps militaris was 2.4 mg/m L.DPPH scavenging powerwas the strongest when the concentration of Cordyceps militaris was 0.45 mg/m L.
