低分子肝素钙对肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin on pul-monary heart disease associated with respiratory failure

目的 探讨低分子肝素钙对肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 选择2011年1月-2013年1月本院收治的82例肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,根据临床治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的Pa O2、Pa CO2、PT与APTT的情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 低分子肝素钙对肺源性心脏病并呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的心肺功能和通气情况,降低死亡率,提高患者的生存质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin on pulmonary heart disease associated with respiratory failure. Methods Eighty-two patients with pulmonary heart disease associated with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the clinical treatment method,with 41 patients in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment and observation group was given low molecular weight heparin treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment effects between two groups was compared respectively. Results Observation group had significantly higher treatment effects than control group（P〈0.05）.Observation group was significantly better than the control group in Pa O2,Pa CO2,PT and APTT,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin shows remarkable clinical efficacy on the patients with pulmonary heart disease associated with respiratory failure,can effectively improve the patients′ heart and lung function and ventilation conditions,reduce mortality and improve the patients′ quality of life,which is of high clinical application value.
