住培生宿舍人际冲突调查及心理健康教育的干预作用

Investigation on Dormitory Interpersonal Conflict in the Resident Physician Training Base and Psychological Health Education's Interference

宿舍人际冲突调查与住培基地住培生心理健康教育密切相关,有效防止和处理住培生宿舍人际冲突,有利于住培生身心健康和培训质量的提高,甚至影响住培基地的管理及建设。本研究以上海市各医院随机抽查的480名住培医师为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,分析了医科大学毕业后进入医学继续教育住培基地的住培生宿舍人际冲突来源及对其心理健康教育工作的探讨。

Dormitory interpersonal conflict of resident physicians is closely correlated with the resident physician training base.If handle the conflicts properly,they will be beneficial to their physical and psychological health in the future,and promote their training quality of resident physicians.The study collected 480 resident physician from different hospitals as research objects,questionnaire method was used to analyze the sources of interpersonal conflict.
