摘要
简要介绍了蒽醌法制备过氧化氢的工艺和工作液所用溶剂的技术要求及工作载体种类。重点介绍了二异丁基甲醇(DIBC)、醋酸甲基环己基酯(MCA)、四丁基脲(TBU)、取代的(环)脲、取代的酰胺、氨基甲酸酯、三嗪化合物以及超临界CO2等新型溶剂的制备工艺及其在蒽醌法制备过氧化氢工艺中的应用情况。指出此类溶剂的发展趋势是提高溶剂对工作载体的溶解能力和改善过氧化氢在水相和工作液相之间的分配系数。
The preparation technology of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process and the specifications for solvents in the working solution as well as the types of working carriers are briefly introduced. The preparation processes of the novel solvents including diisobutylcarbinol (DIBC), methyl cyclohexyl acetate (MCA), tetrabuyl urea (TBU), substituted (cyclo) ureas, substituted amides, carbamates, triazine compounds, supercritical CO2 and so on as well as their application situation in preparation technology of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process are emphatically introduced. It is pointed out that the development trends for such solvents are to increase the solubility of the working carriers in the solvents and improve the distribution coefficient of hydrogen peroxide between water phase and working solution phase.
