摘要
目的:系统评价参仙升脉口服液治疗缓慢性心律失常的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、EMBASE、CNKI、VIP及万方数据库,收集参仙升脉口服液治疗缓慢性心律失常的随机对照试验,截至2013年4月。并按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行系统评价。结果:纳入的6个随机对照实验(RCT),包括502例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与西药组相比参仙升脉口服液可显著提高患者临床有效率、最低心率、平均心率、最高心率和24小时总心搏数;与中西医组相比参仙升脉口服液在最低心率、平均心率和最高心率的改善方面效果欠佳,而临床有效率和24小时总心搏数2组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:对于缓慢性心律失常的患者,单独应用或加用参仙升脉口服液可以提高患者临床有效率、最低心率、平均心率和最高心率,同时并不增加患者24小时总心搏数,但限于纳入研究的局限性,尚需要开展高质量的RCT进行进一步的论证和支持。
Objective: To systematically assess the effectiveness and safety of ShenXian ShengMai oral liquid in treating chronic arrhythmia. Methods: Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, CNKI, VIP and WanFang database were searched by the computer to collect RCT papers about ShenXian ShengMai oral liquid in treating chronic arrhythmia by the end of May, 2013, and they were assessed systematically by the method recommended by Cochrane collaboration network. Results: Six RCTs were included, containing 502 cases. The results of meta analysis showed: ShenXian ShengMai oral liquid could effectively increase clinical effective rate, minimal heart rate, average heart rate, maximum heart rate and 24 hours total heart beats compared with western medicine group; ShenXian ShengMai oral liquid demonstrated poor effects in improving minimal heart rate, average heart rate and maximum heart rate compared with TCM group, the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of clinical effective rate and 24 hours total heart beats. Conclusion: The application of ShenXian ShengMai oral liquid to the patients with chronic arrhythmia individually or combined with other therapies could improve clinical effective rate, minimal heart rate, average heart rate and maximum heart rate in the treatment of the patients with chronic arrhythmia, simultaneously, it could not increase 24 hours total heart beat of the patients, since the limitation of the included studies, high quality RCTs are needed to be further verified and supported. could
