关于缩短通过卫星电路开通车载基站时间问题的浅谈

摘要 在C网应急保障中,因临时调度的电路不通而延误车载C网基站开通的事情时有发生,给企业形象和用户感知造成一定的不良影响。通过分析经由卫星电路开通车载C网基站的操作全流程,查找到影响应急基站开通的主要原因,现尝试从操作流程优化和制度建设上探索如何缩短开通车载基站时间的办法。 In CDMA ernergency safeguard, the delay of vehicular CDMA network base station (BS) opening due to switch-off circuit of temporaD' scheduling happens more often than not. It degrades enterprise's image and user's perception. Based on operational flow of opening vehicular CDMA network BS through satellite circuit, the main reasons to influence emergency BS opening were discussed to investigate the approach to shortening time to open vehicular BS from aspects of flow optimization and system construction.
